Pitcher's Program Treatment Solutions

The Pitcher's Program is an injury prevention program devised to address some of the typical predisposing factors to injury seen in baseball pitchers.  This program addresses areas that are commonly overlooked by young athletes and those who assist them in their training.  This program is not to be used as the only solution to injuries in pitchers but as an adjunct to their overall training and injury prevention.  The overall training should include an individually engineered program of proper pitching mechanics, volume, intensity, strength and conditioning, and this Pitcher's Program.  Although challenging, with excellent coordination of all entities of training the pitcher will reap the benefits of a long and healthy career.  This program should be used with the oversight of a health care professional who is well trained in these techniques and has experience working with baseball pitchers.  All of our programs are safe to use if done properly and we recommend that you consult a physician prior to starting this program.  This is a FREE program to all users.
